...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN SUMNER...NORTHWESTERN
MACON AND ROBERTSON COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM CDT...

At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Springfield, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Portland, Ridgetop, Mitchellville, Oak Grove, Millersville, White
House, Greenbrier, Cottontown, Orlinda, Cross Plains, Springfield,
Westmoreland, and Coopertown.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 103 and 120.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.
