* WHAT...A mix of light snow and light freezing rain expected
  through Friday evening, becoming all snow Friday night through
  Saturday. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and a
  light glaze of ice. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Stanton County.

* WHEN...The greatest chance of light freezing rain is this evening.
  Heavy snow and blowing snow Fright night until midnight CST
  Saturday Night.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Plan on hazardous road
  conditions and reduced visibility.
