Storms are not expected to be severe. Showers and storms may redevelop Wednesday evening into Thursday, and some of these storms may be strong to severe. A marginal risk of severe weather has been issued by the Storm Prediction Center for western portions of the forecast area. Active weather will continue on Thursday, with a 50 to 70% chance for showers and thunderstorms Thursday evening. Some of the storms may be severe with large hail, damaging wind gusts, and heavy rain. A slight risk of severe has been issued by the Storm Prediction Center for much of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Showers and storms gradually taper off Friday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
