...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...
...REPLACES FLOOD ADVISORY...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Nebraska, including the
  following county, Butler.

* WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 957 PM CDT, the gage along Clear Creek near Shelby
    indicated rising water levels. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly along Clear Creek. Between 2 and 3
    inches rain fell through early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Northwestern Butler County,
    particularly along Clear Creek.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
