Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 746 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected at this time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbus, Humphrey, Duncan, Platte Center, Monroe, Lindsay, Creston, Lakeview, Tarnov, Cornlea, Circle H Trailer Park, Lake Oconee, College View Trailer Park, Central Community College, Lake Babcock, Lake North, Shell Creek Elementary School and Camp Pawnee.
