Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms may develop late this evening. If they develop over the watch area, they would produce heavy rain and potential flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
