Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. The low will pass N of the waters early Mon with a trailing cold front moving E from the inner to the outer waters. Another cold front will approach the region from the NW tonight into Mon, gradually push E and SE across the waters Mon night into Tue night, then stall across the S portions Wed into Thu night.
