A cold front will stall just S of the region tonight into Thu, then lift N over the S waters later Thu into Sat as low pressure forms along the front. The low will move E of the area Sat night into Sun while slowly pulling the front SE, before the front stalls across the S waters Sun night into Mon night. Another cold front will move slowly SE over the N portion Fri night into Sat night while weakening.
