New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over the Gulf of
Maine will track NE today with a trailing cold front moving SE
over the area before passing just S and E of the waters tonight
and then stalling by Mon. A series of weak waves of low pressure
will move NE along the front later tonight through Tue while the
front remains just SE of the area. Deepening low pressure will
move E over interior New England Tue, and move towards the
Canadian Maritimes Tue night while pulling a stronger cold E
across the area late Tue into Tue night. High pressure will
build E over the southern waters Wed and Wed night, then briefly
build NE into the northern waters Thu before moving E away from
the area Thu night.
