New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build over
the waters late tonight, then shift SE early Fri as a cold front
moves to the coast. The cold front will move SE across the
waters Fri into Fri night. Then on Sat and Sat night another
front will move E over the waters, and will stall near the
southern waters Sat and Sat night. A series of weak lows is
expected to track E over the waters along the stalled front Sun,
with the front then lifting N as a warm front Sun night. A
stronger cold front will approach the coast Mon and will move
offshore Mon night. It will then cross the waters Tue and exit
Tue night.
