.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the coast today through Thu. A cold front will move
SE through the north and central waters Fri and Fri night then
through the southern waters Sat. High pressure will build W of
the northern waters Sat then remain anchored into Sun night. A
trough along the CA coast will develop behind the cold front Sun
and persist into Sun night. The USCG transmitter at Point Reyes
California is experiencing technical difficulties. Technicians
