.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weakening cold front will
move across the N portions of the area through tonight.
Thereafter, high pressure will rebuild NW of the waters Wed into
Wed night and persist through Sun night. A weak low pressure
trough near the California coastline will gradually begin to
strengthen tonight into Wed and persist into Fri night, before
gradually weakening again Sat into Sat night.
