.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak low pressure trough will
persist along the Oregon and California coast tonight through Sun
night. Broad weak high pressure will persist SW of the waters
tonight into Fri. Low pressure will pass just NW of the waters on
tonight followed by a second low taking a similar path Thu and
Thu night. High pressure will rebuild W of the waters Fri and Fri
night. The high will persist Sat into Sat night and will begin to
move NE Sun into Sun night. The low pressure trough will begin to
strengthen over the coastline Mon into Mon night.
