.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Thu night. Strong high
pressure moving inland into the Pacific Northwest today will
maintain a ridge across the Washington and Oregon waters Tue. The
high will weaken Tue night as a cold front approaches from the
NW. The front will move into the northern waters Wed and then
dissipate. High pressure will rebuild to the N and NW of the area
Wed night, then move NE away from the region late Wed night into
Thu. The coastal trough will dissipate Thu night through Fri
night as weak broad ridging builds E into the waters.
