.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move
into the N portions today, then dissipate tonight. High pressure
will slowly strengthen NW of the waters later tonight into Tue,
then gradually weaken Tue night through Thu night. A trough will
continue along the California coast today, then strengthen
tonight and Mon. The trough will persist through Thu night while
slowly weakening Wed night into Thu night. Cambria NAVTEX is
reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
