.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
coast will persist through Thu night. A high pressure ridge will
build across the NW waters tonight through Mon, then shift S and
weaken Mon night. A cold front will approach from the NW Mon
night then quickly dissipate Tue, followed by another cold front
moving E into the NW waters Tue night and then gradually
dissipating across the northern waters Wed and Wed night. High
pressure rebuilds from the NW Thu and Thu night.
