.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move S
over the N waters today, then dissipate across the central waters
tonight. High pressure centered NW of the area will extend a
ridge SE across the region tonight through Sun night, then
gradually weaken by Wed night. A coastal trough extending along
the northern and central California coast will strengthen today
and tonight, persist through Wed, then begin weakening Wed night.
