.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Thu night. Strong high
pressure will drift NE over the Oregon and Washington waters
tonight through Mon night. The high will weaken Tue and Tue night
as a cold front approaches from the NW. The front will move into
the northern and central waters and dissipate Wed and Wed night
while high pressure rebuilds to the N and NW of the area. The
high will weaken as it moves SE across the region Thu and Thu
night.
