.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
California coast will dissipate later today. High pressure will
build across the NW waters today into Thu before weakening Thu
night. A trough will develop along the coast tonight and persist
into Fri before gradually weakening Fri night into Sat. A cold
front will move SE across the northern waters Sat night through
Sun. Another high will build overhead later Sun into Sun night.
