.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Weak high pressure will build E
into the central and southern waters tonight while a cold front
approaches from the NW later Thu. On Thu and Thu night the high
pressure over the central and S waters will become weaker as the
cold front moves SE over the N and central waters Fri night into
Sat before dissipating late Sat night. High pressure will build
in across the N and central waters behind the front, then persist
along and W and NW of the area through Mon night while a trough
develops along the N and central coast.
