.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast through Thu night then weaken
Fri. Strong high pressure will build NE across the Oregon and
Washington waters tonight and maintain a ridge into Tue. The high
will weaken Tue and Tue night as a cold front approaches from the
NW. The front will move into the northern and central waters Wed
and then dissipate. High pressure will rebuild to the N and NW of
the area Wed night, then move N away from the region late Wed
night into Thu. Weak broad ridging will build E into the waters
Fri and Fri night.
