.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist through Thu night. It will shift inland on Fri as an area
of low pressure develops over Nevada. A weakening cold front will
enter the northern waters late Thu night then quickly dissipate
across the northern waters on Fri. Meanwhile, strong high
pressure far NW of the waters will extend a ridge S through the
outer waters Thu night through Sat. The ridge will drift W and
gradually weaken Sat night through Sun night. High pressure will
edge toward the waters Mon into Mon night.
