.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will continue to
move SE across northern and central California waters today as
low pressure moves towards the southern Oregon and northern
California coast. High pressure will build in from the W behind
the cold front and persist over the waters into Fri night. A
coastal trough will develop Wed and strengthen into Thu then
persist into Fri. A cold front will approach from the NW Fri
night.
