Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move across
the northern and central waters tonight with the associated low
pressure along the front just W of the central waters. The
strengthening low will move slowly SE remaining W of the central
and southern waters through Mon night. The weakening low will
then move E across the southern waters late Mon night into Tue
before eventually dissipating along the coast Tue night. High
pressure will build E into the central waters Tue and Tue night
as a cold front moves SE into the NW waters. The ridge will shift
S of the area Wed and Wed night as the cold front continues
moving E and SE across the waters. Another cold front or low
pressure trough will develop just to the W Tue night, then move
SE across the central and southern waters Wed through Thu night.
A warm front will approach the northern and central waters Thu
and move across the region Thu night. A cold front will follow,
and move across the northern and central waters Fri and Fri night
while weakening.
