.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure system will
continue to move S along the central and southern California
coast tonight. Meanwhile, high pressure will build across the
region behind the front tonight, then persist through Thur night.
A coastal trough will form along the N California coast Sun night
and persist through Wed, then weaken late Wed night into Thur
night. The NAVTEX Cambria station is off air and reporting an
outage. Technicians have been notified. We apologize for the
