.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist
across the waters through Sat night while slowly weakening. A low
pressure trough will continue along the California coast through
Sat night. A cold front will move acrosss the northern waters Sat
night and into the central waters Sun and Sun night. A second
cold front will move into the norhtern waters late Sun night and
move into the central waters Mon and Mon night. High pressure
will build over the region Tue before another cold front moves
into the northern waters Tue night.
