height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build E across the waters tonight, then move NE inland late
tonight into Mon but maintain a ridge across the waters into Tue.
A strong low pressure trough will develop along the Oregon coast
Mon into Mon night, then weaken Tue. A weak cold front will move
SE through the waters Tue and Tue night. High pressure will build
E across the waters Tue night through Wed night, then shift N of
the waters Thu and Thu night as another coastal trough builds N
along the Oregon coast and a weakening cold front approaches from
the NW. The front will dissipate as it moves into the region Fri,
with high pressure building across waters Fri night.
