.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure and its
associated front pass over the waters tonight. Another low will
move over the waters Thu and Thu night. A cold front will
gradually push E over the waters Fri and Fri night. Then another
low is expected to track N of the waters Sat and Sat night. The
high will begin to build and move NE across the waters Sun and
Sun night. The high will remain over the northern waters as a low
pressure through along the coastline will strengthen Mon into Mon
night.
