.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the region through Mon night, then weaken Tue as a
cold front moves into the waters. The front will weaken as it
moves SE of the area Tue night. A trough will continue along the
Oregon coast tonight, then shift inland Mon. High pressure will
rebuild over the waters Wed and Wed night and will remain over
the waters through Fri. Yet another coastal trough will develop
Thu into Thu night.
