.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak cold front
will continue to move S across the Oregon waters early today,
then push S of the area by late today. High pressure will build
in across the waters behind the front through tonight, persist
into Tue night, then begin to weaken Wed and Wed night as the
next low pressure area approaches from the NW.
