.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
slowly slide E over the waters tonight into Mon night. A strong
low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will develop Mon into
Mon night, and then will weaken Tue. A cold front will move SE
through the waters Tue and Tue night. High pressure will again
build E across the waters Wed and Wed night and will move SE
across the waters Thu and Thu night as another cold front
approaches the area.
