Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move E across the waters early tonight before dissipating inland.
A high pressure ridge will pass SE across the waters tonight
through Mon. A warm front will clip the far northern portions of
the area Mon, followed quickly by a cold front late Mon and Mon
night. The front will become stationary across the southern
waters early Tue. Low pressure will develop along the front SW of
the waters Tue, then track NE over the area late Tue and Tue
night while strengthening. The associated cold front will move E
across the waters late Tue and Tue night followed by a low
pressure trough Wed. High pressure will build E over the area Wed
night, and pass across the waters Thu. A low pressure area and
associated front will approach the waters from the W late Thu
into Thu night. A series of low centers will form along the front
as it moves across the waters Fri and inland Fri night. Later Fri
night, a ridge of high pressure will move into the waters.

20 kt. Seas 8 to 13 ft. Chance of rain.
