.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure to the
SW of the waters will drift S while slowly weakening tonight. A
cold front will move SE across the waters tonight into Wed night
while dissipating. High pressure will rebuild over the region Wed
night and Thu, then persist Thu night into Sat. A weak warm front
will lift N across the northern waters Fri and Fri night. Another
weak cold front will move E over the area Sat, then dissipate Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will build just W of the region Sun
and Sun night as a low pressure trough expands N along the Oregon
coast and a second low pressure trough develops over Vancouver
Island.
