height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure over
Central waters will weaken as it continues to move SE across the
area into early tonight. High pressure will persist into Sun. Low
pressure near Vancouver Island will drift S and move across the
waters Sun night along with an associated cold front. The cold
front will pass S of the area Mon, followed by the parent low Mon
night. High pressure will build back across the waters later Mon
night into Tue night. Later Tue night into Wed, a trough or weak
cold front will approach the area and move SE across the waters.
High pressure will expand w of the waters while a coastal trough
persists Wed into Wed night. High pressure will weaken on Thu as
another cold front approaches and moves through the waters Thu
night.
