.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will
continue along the Washington and Oregon coasts today and
diminish by tonight. A high pressure ridge will persist W of the
waters through Wed, then shift E into the area Wed night into
Thu. A cold front will move into the region Thu and Thu night,
then becoming nearly stationary over the far southern waters Fri
before dissipating Fri night. High pressure will build behind the
front Thu night into Fri night. Another cold front will sweep SE
across the area Sat and Sat night.
