.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build over the region behind the front today, then persist
tonight into Sat. A weak warm front will lift N across the
northern waters Fri and Fri night. Another weak cold front will
move E over the area Sat, then dissipate Sat night. A high
pressure ridge will build just W of the region Sun into Mon night
as a low pressure trough expands N along the Oregon coast and a
second low pressure trough develops over Vancouver Island.
