.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough just inland extending from Oregon all the way through
Vancouver Island will persist today through Tue night then weaken
Wed and dissipate Wed night. A warm front will pass over the
waters Thu followed by a cold front Thu night. Another cold front
may approach from the W Fri or Fri night.
