.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist across the waters through tonight, then drift W of the
area Thu and Thu night. A trough will along the Oregon coast will
shift inland late Thu. It will return to the coast Fri and
persist through Sun night before again shifting inland late Sun
night. A weak cold front will move S across the region late Thu
into Thu night. Another strong high pressure center will approach
the waters from the W Thu night, then slowly drift S through Sun
night, persisting just W of the area Mon before weakening Mon
night.
