.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build across the waters today, then move E and inland tonight
into early Sat. A cold front will approach from the W tonight,
and move across the region Sat and Sat night. Low pressure will
develop along the front just W of the S waters Fri night and move
SE over this region Sat. High pressure will build in gradually
from the W Sun and persist through Mon night. Another cold front
will move across the waters Tue and Tue night.
