.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist to the W of the waters today before beginning to retreat
W tonight through Wed night while slowly weakening. A low
pressure trough will expand N along the coast to Vancouver Island
today, then persist through Tue night before weakening through
Wed night. A weak high pressure ridge will briefly rebuild into
the waters Thu then drift S Thu night. A weak warm front and
trailing cold front will move E across the waters later Thu and
Thu night.
