from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Tropical Storm Dexter currently
just E of the S and central waters will track NE tonight into
Mon, continue moving slowly NE Mon night into Tue while remaining
E of the area, then pass E of the region Tue night and Wed. See
the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center.
Otherwise, a stationary front will continue over the far S waters
tonight through Wed while slowly weakening. A high pressure ridge
will persist just N of the waters tonight into Mon night. High
pressure will build just N of the area Tue night into Fri night.
