West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front extending E
across the waters from near Cape Hatteras will remain in place
today. As one area of low pressure over the outer Mid-Atlantic
Waters moves E, another low will develop near the Outer Banks
tonight, then slowly drift E and broaden E of the area Wed
through Fri. A high pressure ridge will build S across the far
northern portions today into Wed, then expand S along the coast
Wed night through Fri night. A weakening cold front will move E
into the northern waters Sat, then quickly dissipate. Another
ridge will build E into the waters behind the front Sat night.
