.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak cold front extending E
from the Delmarva will dissipate today. A stationary front along
the SE coast from near Cape Hatteras southward will persist
today. High pressure will build SE over the NE waters today, then
shift E of the waters tonight. A warm front will begin to lift N
over the S waters tonight. The warm front will continue to lift N
from the S into the central waters Tue into Wed, with an
associated low pressure area moving N and remaining inland
across the Carolinas. A weak cold front extending S from the low
will weaken and stall near the coast late Tue night into Wed
night. The low will weaken and move offshore Thu into Thu night
before exiting N and E of the area by Fri. A low pressure trough
will move E to near the coast later Fri and Fri night.
