West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A series weak low pressure
centers will move E along a stationary front over or just S of
the far southern waters tonight. A stronger low will develop and
move E along the stalled front Mon into Tue, before passing E of
the region late Tue and Tue night. Mariners should closely
monitor the latest forecast and consider avoidance routing as the
low has the potential to become intense as it moves E over the
southern portion of the waters Mon night into Tue. Otherwise, a
high pressure ridge will move over the waters Tue night and Wed,
then shift E of the region Wed night. A weakening cold front will
move SE over the N portion Wed, stall Wed night, and begin to
return N as a warm front later Wed night. The warm front will
lift N across the northern Mid-Atlantic and New England waters
Thu into Fri night, while a high pressure ridge slowly shifts N
across the southern waters.
