.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Developing low pressure near Cape
Lookout North Carolina will intensify as it tracks E across the
southern waters today. The winds associated with the low will
increase today with wind gusts to hurricane force expected to
develop across the southern outer waters. The low will also pull
a cold front across the southern zones today, before the low
passes E of the waters tonight and Sat while gradually weakening.
High pressure will build SE over the region tonight into Sun
night. A cold front will move across the northern waters Mon and
Mon night, and then will stall across the central waters Tue. The
front will begin to lift N as a warm front Tue night while weak
high pressure builds E over the waters.
