.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS... A cold front over the outer
waters will pass E of the area early today. High pressure will
quickly move through the region later today into tonight. Another
cold front will move SE across the area Sat and Sat night, then
pass E of the waters Sun. High pressure will build E across the
region Sun into Tue, then shift E of the area Tue night.
