.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front over the S waters
will briefly stall tonight, then lift back N across the waters as
a warm front Sat and Sat night. Low pressure will move to the New
Jersey coast late Sat, then track NE across the N portions Sat
night and Sun while pulling another cold front offshore. The cold
front will stall across the S portions Sun night through Mon
night, while high pressure builds across the central and N
waters. The high will shift E and NE of the area Tue. Low
pressure will develop along the stationary front off the
Southeast coast Mon night, slowly track NE across the waters Tue
and Tue night, then move well E of the area Wed. Another low
pressure will develop off the mid-Atlantic coast later Wed, then
track NE Wed night pulling another strong cold front to the
coast.
