offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of low pressure
troughs or secondary cold fronts will move S and SE across the
waters today into Fri night, as a broad area of low pressure
loops well E of the area near Newfoundland. Low pressure will
pass S of the area Sat and Sat night, and then will continue
intensifying E across the N Atlantic Sun. High pressure will
slowly build to the coast later Sun and Sun night.
