Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will slowly move S across the Gulf of Maine tonight, then stall over the area Wed through Fri as a series of weak low pressure centers track E along the boundary. The front will drift S of the waters Fri night into Sat night while weak high pressure builds SE across the region.
