offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build S
over the waters tonight through Thu night, then shift E of the
region Fri through Sun night while maintaining a ridge across the
area. Tropical Storm Dexter to the SE of the waters this evening
will move E into the Atlantic tonight and Wed. See the latest
