New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will clear E of
the waters today, then stall S of the waters tonight through Fri
night. Weak low pressure will form along the stalled boundary
Thu, then track E along the front Thu night through Fri night
while passing along or just S of the area. High pressure will
build N of the waters behind the front late today into tonight,
then shift NE Thu while maintaining a ridge over the waters Thu
through Fri. The ridge will dissipate late Fri into Fri night,
allowing the stationary front to lift back N across the waters as
a warm front Sat and Sat night. A strong cold front will slowly
approach the coast Sun and Sun night.
