New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will clear E
of the waters tonight. High pressure will build offshore Sun,
then shift E Sun night. Long period swell from Hurricane Kirk,
well SE of the waters, will move into the area Sun and persist
into early next week. Low pressure will move offshore near Long
Island Mon, then track NE across the area Mon night into Tue
while pulling a cold front across the waters. A low pressure
trough or secondary cold front will move across the area Tue
night into Wed. A weak high pressure ridge will build S of the
region later Wed and persist into Thu night.
