New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move quickly
E and SE across the waters tonight, and move well E and S of the
area Mon. High pressure will build E across the area late Mon,
persist Mon night, and then move quickly off to the E early Tue.
Intensifying low pressure will approach the waters from the SW
early Tue and move into the area late Tue into Tue night. The low
will rapidly exit NE of the region Wed before high pressure
quickly moves across the waters late Wed into Wed night. Yet
another strong cold front will move SE across the area Thu before
exiting to the E and SE Thu night. High pressure will build E
over the waters Fri into Fri night. Mariners should monitor the
latest forecasts for the intensifying low pressure system set to
impact the region Tue into Wed, and begin to strongly consider
avoidance routing at this time.
