New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
waters this morning will shift E of the region early today. A
cold front will move SE across the waters later today, then pass
E of the area tonight. A warm front will move NE over the waters
tonight, then stall over the area Sat night into Sun as a series
of low pressure centers track E along the front. The front will
then lift N over the area Sun night. A stronger cold front will
approach the coast Mon, then move E across the waters Mon night
before passing E of the area Tue. A secondary cold front will
cross the waters Tue night as high pressure builds SE towards the
region.
