New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will
persist S of the waters through Tue night as low pressure
develops S of the waters along the front. The low will move E and
SE of region Wed into and Thu night while strengthening. High
pressure will build across New England early tonight, move over
the waters later tonight through Mon, then weaken Mon night. A
high pressure ridge will build S over the region Tue, and
continue Tue night through Thu night.

4 ft.
.SUN...E to NE winds less than 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas
