Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front will persist S of the waters through Tue night as low pressure develops S of the waters along the front. The low will move E and SE of region Wed into and Thu night while strengthening. High pressure will build across New England early tonight, move over the waters later tonight through Mon, then weaken Mon night.
