offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
over the region will weaken tonight. A weakening cold front will
move SE into the waters tonight, before stalling across the area
Mon as weak low pressure tracks E along the front. The front will
lift N as a warm front Mon night followed by a weak high pressure
ridge building over the area early Tue. The high will shift E of
the waters by later Tue ahead of another cold front approaching
from the W. The cold front will rapidly cross the waters Tue
night, with high pressure building E and SE over the area Wed
into Wed night. A warm front will lift slowly N across the waters
Thu into Fri night as the high shifts E of the waters.
