New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will gradually
build E toward the coast today and Fri. The high will extend a
ridge offshore across the waters into Sat while an area of low
pressure intensifies NE of Newfoundland. Long period swell from
Hurricane Milton may reach the southern waters Fri night through
Sat night. A cold front will move SE across the waters Sat,
followed by weak high pressure Sat night into Sun. An area of low
pressure developing over the Great Lakes Sun will push a warm
front N across the waters late Sun into Sun night. An associated
cold front will move across the area Mon with another high
pressure ridge building S of the waters on Mon night.
